Microneedling (also called dermal puncture) is a medical treatment method to improve skin structure and the skin’s ability to renew skin.

Microneedling is applied on the face, neck and décolleté mainly for the following conditions:

- stretch marks
- sun-damaged skin
- acne damaged skin
- cellulite
- pigmentation disorders
- scars
- saggy skin
- wrinkles.

The treatment is very gentle and it is performed under local anaesthetic or with the use of a topical anaesthetic cream. After treatment redness, swelling and scab formation can occur, but usually subside after a few days.
